State Certified Prime for Life DUI School:
 

We use the State of Tennessee approved curriculum: Prime for Life. Our school is priced at $150.00 and includes the state required DUI book. Each school must have a minimum of four persons. The 12 hour class is broken into two days. Our school is scheduled for the 3rd Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 2-6pm of each month. You will need to register in advance for the school by calling our office.

 

DUI 2nd Treatment Option:
 

After any person violating 55-10-401, shall upon conviction for 2nd offense, be sentenced to serve in the county jail or workhouse not less than 45 days or more that 11 months and 29 days. After sentencing the person to a period of confinement, as a condition of probation, the judge may order the person to participate in a substance abuse treatment program.

 

Our solution:
 

We offer a 6 month Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program where clients can have jail sentence reduced to 25 days. This is per statute. 

 

DUI 3rd Treatment Option:
 

Upon conviction for 3rd offense, the person is sentenced to serve in the county jail/workhouse not less than 120 days nor more than 11 months and 29 days. After sentencing, the judge may order the person to participate in a substance abuse treatment program.

 

Our Solution:
 

We offer a 6-month Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program where clients can have their jail sentence reduced to 45 days. This is per statute.

Possession of Schedule 2 Methamphetamines

“any person violating 39-17-418 Simple possession or casual exchange shall upon conviction be sentenced to serve (subsection A) any amount of Methamphetamine shall be punished by confinement for not less than 30 days at 100 percent.”

Any person participating in a program (licensed by TDMHSA) may receive sentence credit for up to the full 30 days required above”  WE OFFER A 5-10 WEEK INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM THAT WILL SATISFY STATUE
